Notice of re-scheduling or cancellation within the 24 hour window: The full appointment fee applies for re-scheduling or cancellation made within the 24hr period before the scheduled booking.
No-Show Policy:
The full appointment fee applies if a patient doesn’t show up for their appointment.
Repeated no-show or late notice change will require the patient to make the full, non refundable payment in advance of future bookings.
Please note Medicare, DVA and Work Cover can not be billed for this fee. The patient is solely responsible for the payment of any late notice fees that apply to them.
